If you arn't worried about calories (and they do have a low carb option), then you will def. love this place! It's a sure thing when you want something good for dinner- minus the effort.

Clean, great cheesesteaks the way you like 'em, greasy and good. Nice people and fast service. Big screen TV is great addition. Try the chili.

I'm a Philadelphia transplant, and this place would definitely be an also-ran, merely average place in Philly. But like the name says, it's a long way to go to get to Pat's, Gino's, or even Jim's, and this is the best I've found so far in New York. Why are people always saying that the food is better in New York because of the water here? Sure the Pizza and the bagels and the steak and the cheesecake and the corned beef are better here. But the best cheese steaks are in Philly; the best Cuban food in the country is in South Florida; and the best pulled pork sandwiches are in North Carolina. Why? Increased competition in those places-- not magic water.

Good cheesesteak, not Pat's or Geno's but the best I've had in NYC. Way better than Carl's, which was the last reported real deal. Waffle Fries are great also.

Wow, I just tried this place for the first time on Sunday, and it was Amazing. I went whiz wit, adding hot peppers, and they did it right. The meat juicy and tender, the bread was perfect. They had the Eagles game on a huge t.v. and best of all they take Campus Cash. This is my new favorite spot in NYC.

After hearing a lot of bally-hoo about 99 Miles to Philly I finally tried it last night. The meat is ok, I ordered double meat (who are they kidding....), the sandwich was not even cut in half. It tasted ok, but not outstanding...the meat & bread were adequate and not a bit more.

Not the perfect Philly steak, but it is certainly the best in New York. A satisfying meal no matter what. And the service was really really good.
