99 Miles to Philly

Yes, yes, the service sucks and the delivery takes 30 to 40 minutes, but if you want the real deal this is the place to get it. Anyone who claims that there are lots of other NYC places that do equal work does not know what a philadelphia cheese steak is, and these complaints of "soggy onions" are a true demonstration of unfamiliarity with the real deal.

Perfectly decent Philly Cheesesteak but it's disappointing to wait an hour for a delivery, get your food cold, and find that when you call to get a discount or at least a soda for free they tell you maybe next time. There won't be a next time. Too many places that make a perfectly decent Philly Cheesesteak to be told you're wrong when you remind them they told you it would be only 20 minutes for delivery.

Great Sandwich. One of the best I've had, in fact better than many of the places in Philly, and a lot nicer than the guys at Pat's. They also give a 15% discount to students. I would get there if you want the real deal cheesesteak.

At best, the food here is digestible. The chicken tastes like grade E poultry and I found the other marketed cheesesteak is to be pretty bland- not to mention their onions were soggy and cut into too small of pieces. Their condiments of ketchup and hot sauce isn't all that impressive though the people seem nice. If you're hungry and on a student budget... I still would be hard-pressed to recommend this place. Bonus- students with valid ID get 15% off.

I am from Philly and I have to say this is the best cheesesteak I have ever had! The meat is fresh the bread is soft and Chewy and there are many different delicous ways you can customize it. The owner is a former actor on Broadway and did some small stints in the movies. He is ripped and really hot looking! After a cheesesteak there he looks like a good dessert! Thumbs up on 99 Miles the best cheesesteak in the city! Oh Neil!

Their steaks are 100% legit. Better than half the places in Philadelphia.
