The food is good but way overpriced and the service is excruciatingly slow. You are lucky if your order is correct. I do think they service the Tenement Museum visitors mainly so can keep there prices high for pretty basic items.

I have done eat in-take out since it first opened. It has been all downhill. The quality of the food is good if overpriced. The counter workers are quite slow. The survive mostly on visitors to the Tenement Museum.

Wow. Got their turkey club "special" today. One piece of turkey on my day old baguette for almost $11. What a joke! The last time I came here and ordered their chicken sandwich they literally forgot to put the freaking chicken in the sandwich. Like what are they doing back in that kitchen? My girlfriend and I are officially boycotting this place. C-ya!

I've only gotten delivery, and every time the food has been amazing and fresh. The delivery has always been fast for me. I need to get off my lazzy bum and actually just go in there!

The food is inconsistent - either ok or worse - very forgettable and banal. The staff is sweet, friendly and apologetic. Good service but long waits for anything except the ready made cookie in arms reach.

Ordered a breakfast burrito and after half an hour to 40 minutes or so called to check on delivery... was told that it left the restaurant. Called back 20-30 minutes later as it still hadn't arrived and was told the order was never made. The woman on the phone was quite nice, but I still have not received the order and it is now been at least an hour and half past the time I actually placed the order. As I'm writing this I received the order and will report that the breakfast burrito is not even close to being worth the $8 nor the long wait. It is bland, too much cheese and eggs are overcooked. Boo on this place.

Popped in for a quick lunch. I wish I knew about the downstairs before I sat in a very crowded seat upstairs. Agree, the staff was not very friendly. I might be a tad pissed if people took up entire tables during the lunch rush with a laptop and ordered only a coffee. That's appallingly bad taste for customers to take away a table from people who truly want and need to eat. I had one of their pressed sandwiches and it was very good. The challah bread it was on was divine. I will most definitely return.
