Ordered a breakfast burrito and after half an hour to 40 minutes or so called to check on delivery... was told that it left the restaurant. Called back 20-30 minutes later as it still hadn't arrived and was told the order was never made. The woman on the phone was quite nice, but I still have not received the order and it is now been at least an hour and half past the time I actually placed the order. As I'm writing this I received the order and will report that the breakfast burrito is not even close to being worth the $8 nor the long wait. It is bland, too much cheese and eggs are overcooked. Boo on this place.

Popped in for a quick lunch. I wish I knew about the downstairs before I sat in a very crowded seat upstairs. Agree, the staff was not very friendly. I might be a tad pissed if people took up entire tables during the lunch rush with a laptop and ordered only a coffee. That's appallingly bad taste for customers to take away a table from people who truly want and need to eat. I had one of their pressed sandwiches and it was very good. The challah bread it was on was divine. I will most definitely return.

I've lived across the street for 1.5 yrs and go here about 4 times a week (different times). The staff is never grumpy! I was so surprised to see those reviews. Yes, it can be crowded and slow at times, but that just gives me the chance to people watch and enjoy the good tunes.

So the first time I went I got the most dreadful salad ever, but since...I get th mixed green salad, or the grilled chieckn sandwich! They are delicious, and I LOVE the teas and the frozen chai. The delivery is quick, and although its crowded inside, its a really lovely place that is enjoyable...though make sure you have time...they can be REALLY slow. I also think that some of the people working there have quite the attitude, but I still love the place :)

I've worked down street from this coffee shop for a year and I used to love this place. Now every single person I work with is totally fed up! All the employees have mega attitude and the service is horrible...I've watched it slowly turn into crap. If you want coffee there are better options not even a block away! Don't waste your time, there's nothing worse than people working at a coffee shop that think they are better than you cause they work at a coffee shop!

The best brownies in town! Fast delivery. Friendly people taking orders on phone. I never eat in.. Too many people especially in the morning..But worth it..
