I've lived across the street for 1.5 yrs and go here about 4 times a week (different times). The staff is never grumpy! I was so surprised to see those reviews. Yes, it can be crowded and slow at times, but that just gives me the chance to people watch and enjoy the good tunes.

So the first time I went I got the most dreadful salad ever, but since...I get th mixed green salad, or the grilled chieckn sandwich! They are delicious, and I LOVE the teas and the frozen chai. The delivery is quick, and although its crowded inside, its a really lovely place that is enjoyable...though make sure you have time...they can be REALLY slow. I also think that some of the people working there have quite the attitude, but I still love the place :)

I've worked down street from this coffee shop for a year and I used to love this place. Now every single person I work with is totally fed up! All the employees have mega attitude and the service is horrible...I've watched it slowly turn into crap. If you want coffee there are better options not even a block away! Don't waste your time, there's nothing worse than people working at a coffee shop that think they are better than you cause they work at a coffee shop!

The best brownies in town! Fast delivery. Friendly people taking orders on phone. I never eat in.. Too many people especially in the morning..But worth it..

The food is really good (except the salads), and the atmosphere is cool. However, if I wasn't obsessed with the granola and berries that I get every weekend for breakfast, I would stop coming here. The service is pretty bad. Whether I'm dining in or taking out, the staff ALWAYS manages to get my order wrong. Either they charge me too much, give me the wrong kind of milk, forget to add the berries, etc. I know mistakes happen, but this happens just about every single time I go in. I've worked in food service beforeit's just not that hard.

I live across the street from here and have decided to a) walk an extra block to Starbucks or b) get my stuff delivered. Anything to avoid the vacuous, judgmental, too cool to smile/say hello/unwashed hands of a wanna-be hipster barista. Enough!
