come on
I love this place because I always get the bagel and lox. I personally think its the best in the area. They NEED to change their coffee because its absolutely subpar.

Extremely Poor Service
I ordered a "Garden Omelet Special (Weekends)" on Seamless. The pop-up on the website said that this came with my choice of either coffee or tea. I asked for coffee. The delivery man showed up with the order and told me that the free coffee was only for weekdays, the website made a mistake and that the restaurant would charge me an additional $1.25 for the coffee. Not sure how this was my fault, so I called to complain. The extremely rude woman on the phone said, "Well, you can either pay the $1.25 or never order from here again." I picked the latter -- and then they charged me anyway! Unbelievable. Have never ordered from them since. Bagels aren't that good to begin with.

Good bagels but we were mysteriously disconnected when I asked for bacon.... Maybe he was offended. Yum

great bagels
I've been in Korea for two years and this is the first bagel I have had since I've been back in New York. Absolutely delicious, If your in the neighborhood and in the mood this is the spot. These bagels are no joke, authentic.

Great bagel place
this place is great. The bagels (although I was a skeptic at first) are far better than h+h. There eggwhite sandwiches are incredible and the tossed make it yourself salad too. The service is generally great with lots of friendly guys and they are always accomodating.

Not recommended
Went here and ordered take-out--veggie panini and bagel with cream cheese and lox. Not only was the food quality mediocre, the price was astounding. Almost $20 for two coffees and two (VERY) sub-par sandwiches. The panini bread tasted like cardboard and was inedible!
