    Delivery is a disaster

I love the food and the pizza soooo much but the delivery service is a complete disaster! pizza arrives cold and for $12 a pie, really?

First Impressions & What Lies Beneath

First experience and first impression was very nice. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive and we were told we could sit wherever we want to. That was the first! The second, not so much, actually not at all! I asked to be seated where I sat the first time and was told those seats were reserved. I commented to the waitress “the rules changed since last week” and she said “yes.” I then asked for grated cheese and instead I was given a glass of dry shredded mozzarella. So much for knowing the difference between mozzarella and grated parmesan, much less Italian cuisine. Meanwhile, I was there for one hour and the “Reserved Seats” were never used. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the waitress “he is downstairs and she will let him know I want to speak with him”. Ten minutes [on a lunch hour] later he came to inquire about my concerns. He stated he was the acting manager and not in fact the manager. When I addressed the issue regarding parmesan, he told me “they ran out of parmesan”. When I stated my other concerns / complaint he said “sorry” and walked away.

    Very Solid Indeed

For this neighborhood, this is definitely one of the better options for pizza/ heroes. A touch over priced for the pizza (heroes are very fairly priced) but the quality is far above what most other pizza joints offer in the area. I have ordered a few times and will continue.

    Fantastic food!!

This was the best Italian pizza I have had in a very long time. It actually reminded me of being in Italy. The atmosphere is nothing special and the service is lovely, but the food is worth everything. And be sure to check out the Nutella pizza for dessert!

    Superb Italian food

We went for dinner last night.. The service was faultless , the food plentiful and sublime.. One small fault though.. 18% service charge was added to our bill (only 2 people).. However the waiter did point this out to us and we even added extra !!!

    Good crust

The crust was great. Usually akways get soggy pizza when I bring it home. This was worth writing a review for.
