Excellent Midtown Spot
The pizza was absolutely downtown quality delicious. I went there on a whim with a friend and I will definitely be back. It's nice to know there are affordable, delicious places to eat in midtown!

One of best pizzas in NY
Pizza has been excellent every visit - we're regulars and are never disappointed. Excellent value.

Not recommended
They gave us pizza with capers (which we did NOT order). Pizza was oily and stuck to the box.

Nice place to get a bite, good value.
All of the complaints about delivery aside, this is a perfectly acceptable casual dining experience upstairs. The $15 dinner deal is great - includes a perfectly fine glass of wine with pizza a nd salad (too much for one person - be prepared to take half of it home). Croustinis are nice too. For the neighborhood, it's really a great addition.

Dont order pizza delivery from here
Quite possibly the worst pizza delivery i have ever had. I ordered pizza today from here and it came cold and soggy. Then they sent us another pie and it was just as bad as the first. Took over an hour each time. Spare yourself.

Delivery is a disaster
I love the food and the pizza soooo much but the delivery service is a complete disaster! pizza arrives cold and for $12 a pie, really?

First Impressions & What Lies Beneath
First experience and first impression was very nice. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive and we were told we could sit wherever we want to. That was the first! The second, not so much, actually not at all! I asked to be seated where I sat the first time and was told those seats were reserved. I commented to the waitress “the rules changed since last week” and she said “yes.” I then asked for grated cheese and instead I was given a glass of dry shredded mozzarella. So much for knowing the difference between mozzarella and grated parmesan, much less Italian cuisine. Meanwhile, I was there for one hour and the “Reserved Seats” were never used. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the waitress “he is downstairs and she will let him know I want to speak with him”. Ten minutes [on a lunch hour] later he came to inquire about my concerns. He stated he was the acting manager and not in fact the manager. When I addressed the issue regarding parmesan, he told me “they ran out of parmesan”. When I stated my other concerns / complaint he said “sorry” and walked away.
