great food
I really loved this place. The wine list was extensive and reasonable. Everything we tried on the menu was great (4 aps, 4 entrees, 2 desserts). The service was playful yet attentive. The place seemed to be a bit short staffed (server was also the host and part time bartender), but that's my only real knock on the place. I'm looking forward to going back.

Nice Surprise
In a nutshell, 508 was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is casual yet sophisticated and the food FAR exceeded my expectations. To start, I ordered a seasonal salad with baby spinach, blueberries, apples, walnuts and an apple- cider vinegarette. Fresh and well dressed. For the entree, I had the halibut and seasonal vegetables. Cooked perfectfly, and nicely portioned. Overall, a great neighborhood find.

Great new spot
My partner/boyfriend and I had dinner at 508 recently and really enjoyed everything. The menu was a good size, with lots of options, but we werent terribly hungry so we just shared some kibeh for an appetizer. Then I had the celery root gnocci special, it had lamb sausage, english peas and was really super light and tasty. My boyfriend had the sea bass with risotto, pretty sure it had miso in it, I cant remember what kind of risotto, but it was green and really tasty. The dessert selection wasnt very large, but had the basics. Oh, but the wines! I think they have over 20 wines by the glass and a nice selection of spanish and italian wines by the bottle. Which are my favs! The waitstaff was extremely friendly to my bf and I, we will be back.

Good addition to neighborhood
This new restaurant is the old Giorgionne but is great in food and service. We have had the grouper, mussels, sausage pasta but the hanger steak small bite is our favorite. They have changed the space so you can sit at tables and children and strollers are now welcome! We have eaten there 3 times and always enjoyed the interesting menu.
