    bar fight

went here last night. the evening statred out okay. in the middle of our dinner a bar fight broke out. the food was so over salted, i will not be able to get my ring on for days. it was also over priced for a burger.

    Tasty burger!

I was in the neighborhood and was intrigued by the name so I decided to try it. I was solo so I sat at the bar. The decor was nice and the place had a fun vibe. I ordered the 5 napkin burger , cooked medium. It was cooked perfectly and very juicy. It was big too - could not finish it. Next time I might get the sauce that comes with it on the side, but not a big deal. I also thought the fries were quite good - hot, crispy and salty. I would happily go back with friends. Enjoy!

    No napkins, no stars

5 Napkin Burger is a complete ripoff. I went there the other night and had a $14 burger which was no better than any $5 burger I've had anywhere else. And the homemade fries? MacDonald's at best.

    "Bad" Is An Understatement

Calling this place bad would be complimentary. The burger was small and dry, the fries were broken into small pieces and were over cooked and greasy, and the place was so loud you had to shout to be heard - which maybe explains the poor service on top of it. If you are looking for the real 5 Napkin Burger stick with Nice Matin - the original restuarant which decided to spin off this trendy poor substitute of a restaurant. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to pass this off as a place to get a great burger because all you are guaranteed instead is indigestion!

    Great Restaurant

I want to start off saying that I don't really understand the bad comments about 5 Napkin Burger. This is an awesome place with a great atmosphere and service. I got one waiter one day that was bad but I guess you have that in every restaurant It is just a time until the manager realize and he/she is gone. So don't let those bad comments stop you for trying a great place. I live just two blocks away and I go there every so often with my boyfriend and friends. The burgers are delicious and cooked perfectly. I love their beer selection and the staff are very welcome and nice. I took a couple of friends of mine from Brazil and they loved it.

This is one of the best burgers I've ever had. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restroom is one of the best. This is a win-win-win-win place. I love it!

5 napkin, just short of 5 stars

we were seated after a 5 minute wait and had an attentive waiter. i order the 5 napkin burger with a pumpkin beer and it was amazing! the burger was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth. great flavor, although i agree it was a bit greasy. i will definitely go back!
