The service is just that poor
Am i crazy or is the service so disappointing that this place is just not possible to go back to? Trust me, save yourself from the crazyness. The subpar service makes the just fair food unbearable. Your welcome for saving you...

Fabulous
We had such a lovely dinner here. Great way to start our holiday in NYC. We had our little girl with us and ordered her the chicken fingers & fries off the kids menu, it was so good. Homemade chicken fingers. Will definitely return when we're back in NYC

Im fed up
Cant these places that call themselves estaordinary and that charge enormous prices try a little harder. I had the blue cheese mushroom burger and it was so ordinary and dry. The meat was ok but the presentation and plating of the food was so sloppyand to boot I only found about 3 mushroom slices. The 3 small pieces of bacon thrown on top were cooked yesterday and were so hard to chew and they had the nerve to charge 3 bucks extra more over and above the basic charge which was already exhorbitant How can cole slaw not be delicious. ? It is really such a simple dish and there's was so tasteless and greasy.Of course I have to add that the fries were cold and soggy The onion soup was ok but the gruyere was laid on top and not even melted. Couldnt they even have asked to refill my diet coke on the house since it was 3 dollars and mostly ice. Come on folks you could have made this lunch so much better but apparently someone doesnt care too much about it. Place should be called 10 napkins since 5 are not enough for me to barf in! Next time I am going to one of the fast food burger joints instead and will porbably walk out a lot more satisfied and not spending almost $4o for nothing

Poor Service
I can't review the food because we left due to rude service! Mean girl handed us something and told us to wait outside. Not 30 seconds later she sat a couple down who walked in after us. She said it was because they had a child. This is just wrong! You decide.

Just ok
I visited the 14th st location but the food did not live up to my expectations! I ordered the original burger which has gruyere cheese,rosemary aioli and caramelized onions. The burger itself was bland,the aioli was overpowering and the onions were not that great. The tuscan fries also needed salt. The only two things I found to be worthwhile were the onion rings and the salted caramel milkshake was delicious!

We loved it!
Enjoyed 5 Napkin Burger very much! Food and service was great! Will go back again next time we're in the city!
