Dry Chicken, little flavor
What's with all these reviews? These guys should spend this much time fixing their food! The place is slow, the chicken shwarma is flavorless. The hummus is OK. The rice is dry-ish. If you're craving good Middle Eastern food, wait until you're on Bleeker street.

Finally...another kosher option in E40's
Reasonably priced and tasty from a clean kitchen. It's great to have another kosher food option in the neighborhood. Portions are adequate and staff is always pleasant.

Not good
Not sure how to believe all of these great reviews. The chicken was chewy, discolored and tasteless and the rice pilaf was hard and also tasteless. My wife had the grilled chicken pita which she described as adequate. Won't be ordering from there ever again.

Nice and tasty
Very good. We had a coworker have her first experience with this type of food and she loved it. Nice sized portion, good taste, food looked great. Would go back.

Best Falafel!
Best falafel I've had since my fave place on King George V in Jerusalem...nice to see the local boys in town!

Best shwarma on the east side
This place is great! It is clearly the best kosher option in the neighborhood. The food is awesome, the staff is friendly and eager to please, it is clean, and it is incredibly convenient.

Promise Land Food
Goodness gracious! We stumbled onto this little place by accident intending to go to the Chipotle next store instead. I'm glad the line was out the door or we wouldn't have thought to stop in. The food here is amazing! Had the spicy baby chicken steak because it sounded interesting. It was increadibly juicy, and so flavorful. The salad was very well balanced, with none of the flavors too overpowering, and the hummus was incredibly rich, not runny or dry and grainy. Best mediterranian / israeli food I've had in a very long time at a very decent price. Clean, and friendly service, but don't expect it to be too quick.
