Very enjoyable meal
We went with some out of town friends on a Wednesday night, and had a lovely evening. Not that busy but nice jazz music, and a friendly welcome made us feel it was a good choice. Good cocktails mixed by Jay, the owner in a very unpretentious setting. Starter was an interesting snapper tortilla with lime and spices, followed by delicious crab cakes. My friend had the steak, which was perfectly cooked and very tender. Good choice wine list, and reasonably priced. Overall an excellent evening. We will be back.

goodtimes
my wife and i come here about once a month, and continually feel as though we are in the comfort of our own home. I have not one dish to talk about becaue i've had them all by now. go in and order a cucumber martini and work your way around the menu. the food and the atmosphere won't let you down!

A pleasant surprise
We've only been here once but it was surprisingly good. My wife and I had burgers--she had the roquefort infused burger, I went for the onion. They were juicy, big, tasty...in short, everything that BLT burger isn't. The hamburger it most reminds me if from Rare, which are good. I recommend this place for a nice simple meal. We're going to go back and have a non-burger dinner. Service was excellent too.

Great neighborhood restaurant
Very good, consistent food. The burgers are great. Service casual. Whether you're a regular or a first-time diner, you'll feel welcome and want to go back.

You cannot go wrong at Jonez!
I needed a place to take our friends with all of our kids -- 4 young teenage boys. Jonez was perfect. The service was very attentive and the food was delicious. Everybody in our party was relaxed and enjoyed their meals. We had a show at on Bleeker Street which we were able to get to with plenty of time. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing
I've never had such great food in such a great atmosphere. This place is amazing and the best Bloody Mary's in the universe!

Best brunch and bloody mary
We wandered across this little gem in search of brunch - lucky for us! One of the best places to have eggs benedict in the city (and I've tried quite a few) - plus, hands down the best bloody mary I have ever had! The atmosphere is charming - hidden away, and cozy, plus the owner's adorable and huge mastiff occasionally patrols the room to make sure everything is going alright before settling down by the door for a nap.
