    Pretty Yummy!

There are few restaurants North of 96th St. that can compare to 3 Guys. My family and I have been eating there for years and find the food excellent and the service first rate. The servers are very accommodating to kids and can make just about anything you ask for. For all you nay-sayers, give 3 Guys another try and stick to the basics for the best food.

    Are you crazy?!

My name is Janice, and I am a 91 year old lady. I am strutting in here on my wheel chair and fly into the seat! After reading these poor reviews, I am appalled. 3 Guys is hands down the best restaurant in all of New York City! The burgers are slammin!! Woo-haa!!

    Burger only

Besides the burger or a fast breakfast, don't bother. Overpriced for mediocre food. That said, the burger is tasty for under ten dollars.

    My advice....

Most people who come here often - know to only order a hamburger. and even when ordering medium rare - it arrives well done! The melted cheese sandwich is OK. Other than that, you're lucky if the food is warm! Prices way too high for poor quality. People who are newcomers are the only patrons who order a large meal. But, the other day I ordered the pastrami on rye, and was surprised - it was tender, lean, and the rye was very fresh. Amazing!

    where's the love?

I don't understand why people on this sight hate three guys so much. i grew up on three guys. the waiters aren't particularly friendly? so what? this is a new york diner: the food is good, the menu is huge, and it's a little expensive.

Not a bad place as reviews say

Well - I live in the area, and I frequent here often. Yes, they short with you on the phone when you order, hello Soup Nazi? Anyone remember that? Sometimes you have to suffer for the food, which is excellent in my opinion. I am a regular there and they know me now, and you just have to overlook the curt behavior on the phone and realize that they are extremely busy and don't have time for chit chat. The service has always been excellent, even though I had an argument with one of the managers there with regard to sitting in a booth. I call him the booth nazi, and he got pretty mad - but I could not help myself that day :) The food is so good that I still do frequent there and while a bit on the expensive side, you get tons of it. Burgers are great, and the salads are wonderful too. If you are looking for service that kisses your *@!, forget it. But service is swift and the food is worth the money.
