There was no service to speak of for me to comment on. The food is tolerable at best.

First of all, food is bad and wayy overpriced. Then, they got my order wrong, said they wouldn't charge me for their error and did, and when I called to rectify it they refused to refund me, saying they actually UNDER-charged me. How the hell can pasta with plain sauce on it--no veggies, no meat--be over $18? And taste so poor? I could make better pasta myself for $3.

picked up a 19.45 salad - the help is surly - and the $20.00 salad had one slice of avocado, unsliced tomatoes - appalling at that price!

I have been going to 3 guys since its opened. I have always been in love with their food and the people there. They just redid it so it looks so much nicer and its a cozy place to be. The food to me is amazing and its exactly the place you want to go if you want to hang out with your friends for a casual lunch or dinner. I reccomend all of their greek dishes because its made from the heart. Also i love their turkey club wraps.

If you are looking for a good meal that will please you this is the wrong place to go. The french fries are cold and soggy, and the service is poor. The bathrooms are not taken care of. One of the last times I went there it was crowded and there was no room to walk around.

i ate here once before a few months ago when i met an old friend and my two year old daughter joined us. i thought it was the perfect location before having to go to a preschool interview. i went in with my daughter to have lunch - and the lady at the front ignored us, as did other servers. but they did seat two other groups of people before my daughter and i. if the groups were larger i could have understood, but both groups of people were groups of 2. i decided to leave and head up to Jackson Hole (which sat us immediately). A guy came up to us as we left, and when I told him that they had sat other groups of two, and I thought that there service was rude - he pretty much could care less. Well, I could care less to eat there - so I took my business else where and will continue to do so.

It's not our first time in the City for sure, but we went to the Guggenheim Museum and wanted a nice place for a bite to eat. I asked a local where we could have a nice lunch. He recommended 3 Guys, across the street from where we were standing. We went in, I got a bad feeling when we walked through the door. It didn't seem clean. I ordered a Monte Cristo panini, which tasted like nothing, no flavor. My friend went to the bathroom and said it was not clean. The waiter ignored us until the bill came. We had to almost tackle him for more water. I would never go back there.
