I was in the mood for a good burger so I decided to search MenuPages for a good recommendation and try something new. The reviews posted for Vizio suggested this was exactly what I had in mind. What a disappointment. Unless there is an extreme difference between ordering for delivery and visiting the restaurant, I do not understand how any of the prior reviewers could have been satisfied, much less happy. I ordered the Kobe burger, which I expected to be extra special. It was dry and overcooked. The bun also was overcooked. And, the side order of fries was something less than I would expect for Ore-Ida. The person who took the order and the delivery guy were very nice, so I give them points for service. But, if you're looking for a good burger look elsewhere.

This place has quality choices, and a casual atmoshpere. It is a place where you're more than comfortable dining alone.

Best burger in town (and that's saying something). They have a wide variety of burgers also -- Elk, Bison, Beef, Wild Boar, Ostrich, etc. The place isn't exactly the place to go for atmosphere as we know it here in Manhattan. It's charming, but in it's own way. The staff is kind, but nothing special. They are helpful with recommendations, and will explain the menu should you need it. It's certainly worth a try, and could be a new go-to restaurant in midtown for casual dining on a weeknight. Really just excellent food...

Well first off, the place is in a prime location. The service was very nice. The food much better. I had the bison burger and my friend had the chicken. We both came away stuffed and very pleased by the whole expperience there. I will def. go back. I look forward to going back when it is a tad cooler outside.

This is not a fancy place (looks like it was once a deli or something) with just a few tables inside and a couple outside. I wasn't expecting much, but the bison burger and sweet potato fries were great. Better, though, was the delicious Kir Royale the waitress made for me. Burger and champagne - a great combo! The tiramisu dessert was as good as some you'll find in more upscale places. I thought it was a very good value. I would definitely return.

I've lived in the city for seven years and have been looking for a place like this ever since. Amazingly, it opened on my block. It's the perfect grill for a quick bite, takeout, or a beer outside on a nice day. So far I've had three different things at Vizio - the kobe burger, angus burger and cheesesteak - and all have been great. Perfectly cooked, good meat and even better fries. The service is terrific as well - incredibly friendly. My only complaint is that they haven't opened another one by my office.
