    Nice Place

I have been here a few times in the past year. The food to me was either wonderful, or just ok. Very hit or (almost) miss. I truly miss the zucchini flowers, those were amazing. Nice atmosphere, good cozy lighting and a good choice for a post-prospect Park summer dinner.

    Easter 2007

For five of us at 4 pm on Easter Sunday, it was terrific in every way. The mussel appetizer was outstanding as were all of our entrees. Service staff were solicitous and informative. We never felt we were being rushed-our main concern during a holiday. Absolutely will return every chance we get.

    very chill - good times

great place to grab a drink after work or whenever, they always have a game on the TV. The Steak is delicious, if I could I would eat it everyday. The people are friendly and the crowd is very chill.

    Love the brunch

I've been here once for brunch. It's well-prepared and presented. The service was so-so, but I'd go back anytime. Cross the street for Pumpkin's organic grocery!

    great option

We've been going to this place for about 6 years and have been very happy - it's great to take guests from out of town, friends who you want to reassure or convince (if there are any that still need convincing) how good the food is in south Slope or Brooklyn in general, or just to go on a date. We love the brunch there, dinner is more occasional for us but it's wonderful. We like the scallops in pomegranite sauce, sounds a bit strange but it's really yummy. Burgers are great. Coffee is wonderful. Etc.

    Best crabcakes Ive ever had!

The atmosphere here is wonderful and mellow. The Crabcakes and and the stuffed zucchini flowers were delicious and among the best Ive ever eaten. The cheeseburger is great too.

    Good Times

12th Street is on my block and is a good default any night. The food is delicious, the prices are a little high and if you want an equally tasty burger get it for $1 less across the street. The service is high quality and the atmosphere quasi-European but basically it's an upscale american restaurant. The mussels appetizer is a meal in and of itself and for my money the best thing they serve. The bar is a great alternative with the same menu available to you and stays open later.
