    Going downhill fast

I moved to this neighborhood several years ago and I had been consistently enjoying food delivery from them until recently. I was always pleased with the variety of options, including their daily specials. The food always tasted good and fresh. However, the last several times I've ordered from here, the quality has significantly deteriorated. The same dishes I have always ordered have suddenly become blander and don't seem to be made with the same level of freshness in the ingredients that I had become accustomed to. This is unfortunate, as I had become somewhat dependent on 107 when I wanted a good order-in meal and wasn't in the mood to cook. I don't know if the same holds true for dining in, but it looks like it's time to find some new delivery options.

    Hot Fast and Delicious!

We ordered (for delivery) the creole chicken and shrimp and the pepper fettucine with chicken and shrimp. Both arrived hot- not warm.... HOT- and tasted great. I don't know what the other people on here are talking about, because after living uptown for almost a year now, this is one of the best places I've ordered from or eaten in! I will defintely eat here again.

    Read the Health Review

I actually really liked the food here.... Until I read the health review. go to nyc.gov and see for yourself.

    Not worth the money

I went to the 187th st location recently and I was shocked. The food is mediocre at best. The meat was poorly seasoned (if at all), the cooking sloppy (burned). The presentation is nice, but that was about it. Either their prices should come down, or the quality of their food needs to go up. I don't mind paying for food, as long as it's good. I think in a more competitive area, this restaurant would fold, but because of the weak competition in the area, this restaurant certainly has a chance to get its act together.

    Great delivery

I've lived in Washington heights for about a year and a half now and haven't found a place as good as 107. I mainly get delivery , it has never take more then 20 minutes. which is amazing in my eyes since I work at a pizzeria in Manhattan and know how long it takes to prepare food and to send it on its way. the food always arrives exactly the way I order it and still very hot.. and almost always taste perfect. On a few occasions the steaks I order came more over cooked then I asked. but still tasted great. The price is a bit much, being a young man its alittle stressful on my wallet but I am always satisfied and finding myself calling back for my next meal. Ive only been in 107 west twice for Sunday brunch. its a very nice clean store with very helpful waiters. TRY THIS MEAL! taco suave meal with the grilled chicken and jalapeƱo jack cheese quesadilla appetizer and a side of mashed potatoes I find myself ordering that once every week for a nice hearty tex mex lunch.

    Decent but low quality

Presentation is great but actual quality of food (especially the meat) is subpar. The steak in my burrito was tough and fatty. My sister's shrimp was stringy. If you go, stick to the vegetarian dishes. The place could be great if only they spent money on quality product.

    ditto on everyone else

if you live uptown, you know that there are only a small handful of restaurants that you could consider a sit-down and have a nice meal type of place. we've only been here a couple of times because the service is slow (usually only one waiter on at a time, or so it seems) and the food is just ok. it's way too expensive for what it does- or doesn't- offer.
