10 Downing (Gin) this cocktail was developed for us and is a perfect start to your meal. the unexpected and herbal pop of chartreuse is a real pleasure.   
Lavender Lemonade (Gin) perfect for the summer this drink combines an american classic with the scent of a purple flowered meadow.   
Spicy Mexican Tart (Fdencio Mezcal) chipotle adds the spice, and lime the tartness in this take on the classic margarita.   
Pickle (Gin) dill, gin, lime, and cucumber come together beautifully in this bracing cocktail. fresh and light.   
Trans Atlantic (Rum) portugal meets the caribbean in a surprising and refreshing libation.   
Cure All (Kanon Vodka) aloe vera is widely used to heal and soothe. accompanied here by fine swedish vodka, it is sure to cure all, from the inside out   
Morris Park (Jameson Irish Whisky) named for a bronx neighborhood, in this cocktail, the irish (whisky) and the italian (aperol) actually get along.   
Poe Daiquiri (Atlantico Rum) a twist on the classic hemingway, we use aged rum, and a touch of sherry from a cask of amontillado.   
Three Gees (Gin) gin, ginger, and grapefruit are the three g's in this drink, which gets great reception wherever you pick it up.   
Old Fashioned (Bourbon) bitters, bourbon, and sugar are the trio that play in this classic cocktail, and they make beautiful music together. popular history says this drink came to the waldorf from the penedennis club in louisville via a whiskey producer named col. james e. pepper.
