Problem Possible Fixes
Nothing happens when I click the On-screen or Printable menu links MenuPages menus “pop” open in a new window.  Try disabling popup blocking.

An On-Screen menu window opens, but it shows a blank page. Try clearing out your temporary internet files. On your browser menu (Internet Explorer), choose Tools>>Internet Options (General Tab)>>Temporary Internet Files section>>Delete Files… Other popular browsers, have a similar option.

A Printable menu window opens but it shows a blank page or gives an error. 1. First, you need to make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your machine. If you don’t have it, you can Get Adobe Reader here.

2. If you have Adobe Reader, make sure that you are waiting long enough for Adobe Reader to start and for the menu to display. This can take as much as 20 - 30 seconds depending on your PC’s speed and your internet connection speed. After the menu appears, subsequent menus will load much faster since Adobe Reader has already loaded.

3. If you are sure you are waiting long enough, try clearing out your temporary internet files. On your browser menu (Internet Explorer), choose Tools>>Internet Options (General Tab)>>Temporary Internet Files section>>Delete Files…

Other popular browsers, have a similar option.

I use a Mac and the Printable Menus are downloading as .asp and not .pdf. In Adobe Reader there is an option to display the pdf in the browser. Open Adobe Reader and check the box next to “Display PDF in browser”. You can get to this option from the file menu by clicking Edit>>Preferences>>Internet.
