I am usually not a fan of brunch. Decided to meet up with some friends in NYC this sunday for brunch. Let me tell you from our service, to the awesome atmosphere, excellent music ..I got the stuffed french toast (Out of this world!) and irish hasbrown with cheddar cheese and chives. everything was excellent... this is a great spot to kick back have a great meal with your friends drink coffee or cure a hang over with one of there great brunch drinks! I will definitely be returning. Our server was a thin girl with long brown wavy hair, didn't catch her name but she was a sweetheart and gave us chocolate cake at the end for "being awesome" well the feeling was mutual! This may have been the worst meal of my life. I am a pretty optimistic person and can usually find something nice to say, but nothing was good (steak tasted like dishwater, chicken paillard was super thick, scallops were raw, bacon on chocolate bar was soggy, drinks were crazy weak...) Life is short and each meal should be fabulous.

Once again, hype does not equal quality. The food is only average - though the butterscotch pudding is quite delish - and the service needs much improvement. It was not even busy and bus boys were clearning the plates while we still were chewing our food. Way too expensive for what it is! Will not go back and absolutely will not recommend. Too cool for school and I've learned my lesson.

Great establishment! Very impressed with the food, decor, and service. I ate here with a few friends and we tried just about everything. Some of my favorites were the Eggplant Parmesan Stuffed with Tomato, German Mac N Cheese, and Hen & Waffles. The hip hop music is an added bonus. Not too often can you go to a place and hear old school Dr. Dre and Snoop. I look forward to coming back.
